EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Nicoletta Larini Beachwear reserves the right to accept requests relating to EXCHANGES or RETURNS made by the customer only in the event that:

No more than 14 days have passed between the order delivery date and the exchange/return request.
The returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are intact
The product is provided with its original external and/or internal packaging, with the label or tags and with the original adhesive panty liner.
The product is provided with integral elements and/or accessories
THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED and/or NOT DETERIORATED and/or NOT DIRTY and/or NOT WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL ADHESIVE SLIP PROTECTOR.

NB :

To try on the costume, it is NECESSARY to use your own underwear to avoid contact with the costume, in which case you think there is a need for a size change or a return.

The buyer will lose the right of withdrawal or exchange if the seller ascertains the irregularity of these requirements

MADE

For the RETURN it is necessary to send an email to info@nicolettalarini.it specifying the reason for the return.

After the acknowledgment from our part, a will be sent e-mail with the instructions to follow, the customer can then continue with the shipment of the package.

The package is returned at the customer's expense by post or courier.

It is also possible to book the collection on our part, always specifying this request in the e-mail, we will collect the package via GLS, the cost of the service is €10 and will be deducted from the final cancellation.

EXCHANGE

For the EXCHANGE it is necessary to send an email to info@nicolettalarini.it specifying the reason for the request for replacement of the product, the article that you wish to receive in exchange and a telephone number. An email will then be sent with the instructions that the customer must follow.

The package is returned at the customer's expense by post or courier;

It is possible to book the collection of the package directly from us, always specifying this request in the e-mail, we will collect the package itself. The cost of the service is €12, the customer will pay for the latter either by top-up from postepay or directly on a bank IBAN. These details will be provided to the customer in the response email to the relevant exchange.

As soon as we receive the payment, we will collect the product to be replaced.
